Early morning autumn sunshine spills across the orchard and our cantankerous Massey Ferguson coughs into life; we’re up early, ready for the harvest. Even Wilson the dog is prowling the rows of 25-year old trees.
The family is here, friends too, all of us picking macadamias – fresh, healthful nuts, stuffed full of flavour.
